Lead Out! Shout Out!

Recognition is a powerful action and here’s our monthly “shout out” on individuals making a difference. At least monthly, we will highlight a team member, client group, or provocative trend that models the behavior and practice of appreciation or recognition.

This award also recognizes the recipient’s high level of personal pride and commitment to excel in the association management profession. We first met Kristen when she was a team member at the California Society of Association Executives (CalSAE) and our paths crossed again when she moved to the Great Northwest when she accepted the Membership Manager position for the Oregon Dental Association. We are so excited to feature Kristen in this month’s Lead Out. Shout Out.
