25 October Introducing Phillip Downie Alexander October 25, 2023 By Leadership Outfitters General, Shout Out 0 Phillip Alexander Downie (he/him) is a dedicated human rights advocate, event guru, and local television host and executive producer with over two decades of experience in logistics management and business development. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Live In Your Truth (LIYT), where he creates inclusive affirming spaces, media / local TV, and employment opportunities for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC intersectional underserved communities. Phillip also holds the role of Co-Chair for the Coalition for Inclusive Schools & Communities in Montgomery County, MD, and he chairs the Montgomery County Anti-Hate Taskforce LGBTQIA+ Cohort. Phillip and Leadership Outfitters’ Jill McCrory collaborate on projects under the banner of the MoCo Pride Center to bring vital wellness resources to community members via dynamic programs throughout Montgomery County, Maryland.
