Aimee Stephens Aimee Stephens is our Shout Out because of her part in the fight against workplace discrimination. She was the plaintiff in one of the cases that was decided by the U.S. Supreme Court on June 15, 2020. That landmark decision ruled that employment discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity is prohibited under federal civil rights law.
