DR. STEPHAN SCOGGINS

Dr. Stephan Scoggins is a true renaissance man.  A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, he began his career as a Registered Nurse and obtained his Masters and Doctorate degrees in Public Health. 

His community interests led him to become an Oklahoma City Police Officer, where he served as a patrolman, an undercover officer, and later assigned to Public Affairs.  He is a proud Veteran with the U.S. Army.  Dr. Scoggins is the founder and President of ESTEEM, a behavioral health and motivational center whose acronym stands for Establishing Skills To Elevate Employment & Motivation.   

Currently, based in Palm Springs, California, Dr. Scoggins specializes in life coaching, staff development, a variety of state certified continuing education classes, and his premier, Paradise On Pico Residential Care Facility for the Elderly.  Scoggins says, “Each morning my eyes open I verbally say, “I want to live so God can use me.  I never know in which capacity, however, I know that I am ready!”
