Kyla Brown, CPRE is the General Manager/Parks Director for RivCoParks (Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District). Kyla was selected as the Parks Director/General Manager for Riverside County in December 2019 as the FIRST female and YOUNGEST to ever to be selected as the Director/GM. She is also the current President-Elect for the California Park & Recreation Board of Directors.
